Implant Pocket Broken...
My implants seemed to be doing fine. They looked extremely natural and felt really soft and squishy. However, a few weeks ago I started to notice that my right breast was separating a bit more from the cleavage. I thought this was normal and it was just the two implants "setting in place" at different rates. I did feel however a weird sensation on the right side, especially laying down...not sure how to explain it. It wasn't pain. Standing up to inspect, they didn't look bad, so I ignored it.
Two days ago I was reading a book and looked down in horror. A "dent" was formed on my right breast. I emailed my doctor in a panic and he told me that it looks like the pocket has been opened, which is causing the implant to move further to the side. I will need to get a revision done in August, but I am feeling extremely upset by all this. Part of me is also thinking about going bigger if I need to go through surgery again (I'm thinking 300+cc)
Any thoughts? This has affected me emotionally and I am very depressed. The doctor is wonderful and always delivers amazing results (this is clearly an anomaly), but I am extremely upset that this is happening to me. I literally cried for hours after noticing how awful it looked laying down.
Has anyone gone through something similar?

Before and after...
So here is a before picture and an after picture side by side. The after picture was taken around three weeks after the procedure. I apologize for the terrible quality!
I'm happy that they look so natural, yet I keep having the feeling that I could've gone a bit bigger. You can tell the difference (especially naked), but I think 300 or 325cc would've been perfect!
I did achieve the fuller look I wanted, and it is kinda neat to go around not wearing a bra and still have something! I guess that my advice for anyone thinking about getting a BA is to always go with your gut feeling. If you think a little bit bigger will make you happier, do it! My doctor is definitely known for how natural his work is, but I don't think 320 or 300cc would've looked unnatural on me. Oh well. I'm beginning to lose some weight (I got soo bloated the first week after) and I plan on losing 15 pounds, so I hope they look bigger hehe.

Update: 2 weeks later
It's been two weeks already! I feel no more pain, maybe some minimal discomfort when I try lifting heavy things. They feel much softer and I feel like they have dropped a lot... I kinda miss how they looked when they were swollen! I love them and I think they look extremely natural (no one has noticed), but I still kinda wish I went with 300cc. I think they suit my frame and my youth, and I also plan on losing 10 pounds so I'm sure they will still look pretty natural. However, when I get them reviewed in a few years I'm definitely going bigger!
The scar on my right is healing quicker than the one on the left for some reason, but they are both healing at a faster rate than what I expected. My doctor is definitely an artist!
PS: the weird tan marks around my nipples are due to me covering my incisions while I ventured to lay by the pool topless haha.

Dr Fernandez Blanco is a fantastic surgeon (and person) He is extremely responsive and very patient when it came to the thousands of questions I had. His staff is also fantastic, both in Madrid and Marbella. I highly recommend him!
