Breast Augmentation: Stories

I've always wanted more cleavage without the hassle of straps, padding, and expensive pushup bras. I did like my original boobs but I wanted more.

So I went after it.

A friend of mine recommended we go see Dr Sonntag out in Utah... (we're both living in Florida...) because he is just that good. Not only had she had work done by him twice in the past, she had taken other friends out there as well. Totaling about 7 or 8 trips. Yes she likes his work him that much.

So the day before surgery we (My friend from FL and also another friend who lives in Utah who also had her boobs done by Sonntag) went in for my consult. The staff was really nice, totally laid back. Stephanie, one of the ladies oh his staff suggested I may need a lift and even showed me hers to reassure I was in good hands.

So the doctor comes in, we pick a size, agree on the lift and I am sent home with Rx to fill.

Skip over the whole food poisoning fiasco. No it wasn't me. Nice last meal at Carvers Steak House and a long night spent last minute freaking out and analyzing realself.com and boob job forums I finally got about 3 hours of sleep. Thankfully when I woke up I was so tired I was looking foreword to being put out by the anesthesia.

I arrive. Get my vitals done. Pop an Adavan. Relax in a little bed for about 30 mins. Then it's time. I lay down on the table and I am out. The anticipation was the worst.

As soon as I woke up I was demanding to be sent home. I don't know why. Apparently I was trying to dress myself.

Got back to the hotel. (Which might I add we got special Sonntag Clinic room rates at the Country Inn and Suites South Jordan UT.)

Only really hurt for a day. The pain wasn't that bad. The Lortabs helped. Was on the plane 4 days later. At home taking care of myself. Cleaning the house, driving a stick shift, doing reg things. Stopped popping the pain pills completely about a week in. Only really used them for sleep.

The worst part of the whole situation is having to sleep on my back. I had to buy a pregnancy pillow and a heating pack. My back actually hurt more from sleeping funny then my boobs.

All and all I am happy. Waiting for them to drop and look more natural but still very happy.
