I had had back, shoulder, neck pain for years. In the last 8 months, it intensified. When my physical therapist suggested a special bra, I knew that it finally was time. Dr Cooper's office was incredible. I was on the edge of what insurance companies consider cosmetic. Between myself, my providers and Dr Cooper's office, the insurance company agreed it was a medical need. I woke up from surgery out of pain. It was a big surgery and I definitely needed care/help for about a month maybe more. After care with Dr Cooper was very easy and comfortable. I felt confident that if I had an issue that i could easy communicate with him. Finally, my breasts look great and I'm out of back pain--though I am in physical therapy to strengthen my muscles.

Dr Cooper was wonderful. He has a professional manner which is very respectful but also a good sense of humor to lighten the situation (such as presurgery). My obgyn had seen a lot of plastic surgery and a lot of Dr Cooper's work. She says he's one of the best and takes a lot of time to get both breasts symmetrical and ultimately looking great.
