I don't have anything that I do to work with my scars. I really just try to eat healthy take vitamins and get plenty of exercise. I have found with loosing 160lbs your skin reacts to what you put in your body. If you are healthy you will heal better. When eating salt my skin tend to bloat and swell as well. Best to stay away from sodium and sugars If possible.

Great tip! Did your stomach skin rebound too? I'm dealing with a little sagging, but I still have 30 pounds to go. Don't want to have to get a tummy tuck.

Feeling good. Right breast still sitting high but dropping daily. Pain is very minimal now. Feels great to have the girls up where they belong.

I was able to take the tape off Friday. They look great. The right one is slowly moving in to place.

Just out of curiousity... did you lose any nipple sensation? How long did it take for your breast to feel normal?

I will start by saying I never had strong feeling in my breasts to begin with. After surgery my left breast I have no feeling in the nipple and I love it. My right breast woke up I have all sorts of feeling there now and its very weird to get used to. If I had a choice I would not feel both of them. As when it gets cold I wouldn't notice that uncomfortable feeling. Still wouldn't take the surgery back for anything. I love my new breasts.
