I am 5'2", about 100 lbs, previously a 32a. After under the muscle, high profile (because I am so thin, the mid and lows were too wide) silicone, 325cc in right breast, 300cc in left breast, I am at a 32c.
I LOVE my Dr. and would recommend her to anyone (Dr. Jennifer Geoghegan in Scottsdale, AZ.. check her out! She does lots of reconstructive surgery for patients with breast cancer, which is amazing :) However, I wanted to be at a 32D. I should have taken into account the fact that I have a conservative doctor, and demanded the Ds hehe... but I put my trust in her to not make me a bimbo...
So now I am contemplating going back for my original plan- the 32Ds. Dr. G said she would only charge the hospital fee, which is still a good 1k but hey.. a girl's gotta do what....
What are you girls thinking? I know you haven't seen pics, and I may post them... the breasts look amazing, natural and proportionate... I just think one size up would have been PERFECT. 32D is not all that big because of the small band size...

She was beyond amazing, would never go anywhere else. I chose her through a great consultation. She listened to me, was very patient, and answered ALL OF my many questions. She never rushed me and never told me (what I hear many male doctors have said) to "go bigger". I could not have made a better decision... Love love loveee my doctor and her entire staff. Awesome place for anyone (especially females) to get work done.
