After nursing 4 kids and losing 40+ pounds, i had saggy, sad breasts! A full lift was unnecessary and Dr. Spies suggested just moving my nipples up and doing implants through my nipple area. I LOVE IT! You can't even see the scars which go around my areola and my breasts are perky and beautiful! It was a great experience and he knew just what I needed without unnecessary surgical procedures! I would definitely go back!
