Here is a pic from this morning. I had another follow up appt with my ps. He said things are progressing nicely. My left finally feels like it is starting to drop but it is definitely going slower than my right side.
4 weeks :)
I'm 4 weeks PO today and feel great. I went to the gym twice this week. One day I did legs with the cable machines and the second day I walked on the treadmill at a 15% incline, 3.2 speed for 45 minutes. It felt great to get my heart rate up I'm a cardio junkie and didn't think walking would do much but I was a decent work out. We're going to the beach this weekend and I'm super excited to wear a bathing suit. My scars are still looking great. He recommends skinMedica scar recovery gel. I am really impressed with the results. I'll try to post some pics from the beach. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
2 weeks post op
My girls are 2 weeks old today! My left is still higher and more swollen than my right but I think it's getting better. I'm feeling much better. I don't feel super tight like I did last week. I was so tight I felt like I couldn't take a deep breath. The swelling in my stomach finally started to go down but my nipples are super sensitive. Anyway, here are a couple of pictures I took today.
