Had jowls & loose neck skin removed. Very happy experience. Procedure very easy & I never had any pain. I love the outcome which is very natural and doesn't look like I had a facelift. Very professional and good patient interaction. Great nursing and admin staff as well with a patient "handler" to work you thru the process of appointment and payment as well as the paperwork. He personally placed several phone calls, including weekends, to check on my progress in initial days after procedure.
