When starting out in my journey I made two appointment for consultations with two different doctors one being Dr. Lacerna. After meeting with both Doctors there was no comparison to Dr. Lacerna. she was so patient and answered ALL my questions and I wrote out probably about 30! including some that randomly popped in my head. She was very caring in this whole process and made me feel like a Gated A patient. After my first consultation I knew I wanted Her! But I still had the other consultation the very next day with the other doctor. But when I saw the other I felt very rushed and I couldn't get a word in edge wise and I didn't like that. So after seeing both I made a pros and cons sheet and Dr. Lacerna Blew the other out of the water. so I called Dr. Lacerna Up after seeing the other Doctor and immediately booked a surgery Date! Also her Staff are soo amazing and treated me so nice! It honestly made me want to work there because I loved the Work environment they had such a Family like demeanor. Well then came B-Day! From the moment I walked into the door I felt so at ease and well taken care of. I had one of the nurses take me into the pre- op room to get changed and prepare for surgery. Ironically the biggest thing I was scared of doing was the IV, I'm not a big fan of Nettles. But the Nurse while inputting my IV distracted me by asking about my pets. Then Dr. Lacerna Came in and went over what would happen in surgery and really made me know 100% that I choose the right Doctor! And now i'm about be on my 4th week of recovery. And when I go in for my check ups they all know my name without even looking at my file, that right there just shows that they care about there patient even after all is said and done. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lacerna To anyone!!! She has gone above and beyond her Duties and for that I am forever grateful and thankful of all that she and her staff has done!! Thank You for giving me the confidence I've always wanted and thank you for generally caring over all for your patients!!!!
