My girlfreinds and I have decided to change doctors and have chosen Dra Duran to perform our surgeries. For Lipo and BBL she gave me a quote of $3600 which is $300 more than Yily's quote but all of the negative reviews persuaded us into making the switch. This is the email she sent:

This price excludes the cost of medical insurance and post-operative medications. The medical insurance is a requirement and its purpose serves to ensure that you are covered in the event that you will need to be transferred to a local hospital in case of an emergency. The cost of this insurance is $130 USD. The cost of the post-operative medication is $150 USD

The patient is responsible for reserving their flight and stay. I recommend that my patients stay at a recovery house to ensure they are receiving the proper care during their recovery. Please reserve your stay and send me the details of your choice upon confirmation of surgery. You will need to be here for at least 10 days.

I spoke on the phone with Samira (Dra Yily's assistant) and for one she speaks English, not perfect but very close to it lol, and I received two quotes.

1.$4,250 for tummy tuck, liposuction of the abdomen, full back, armpits, flanks and waist, and brazilian butt lift (BBL) via fat grafting to the buttock.

2. $3,300 for liposuction of the abdomen, full back, armpits, flanks, and waist, and bbl.

Although my second daughter was delivered via c-section I was able to lose all my baby weight and didn't have a kangaroo pouch, so I do not think I will be needing a tummy tuck. Yes, I have gained a considerable amount of weight over the past year and a half but I'm confident that I will be able to lose the required amount in order to avoid the dreaded tummy tuck lol.
