Basics
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. I have been planning this for a long time,I was originally intending to go in November 2012 with Yily,deposit and all,but here I am looking towards July 2013 with Duran.
In my long journey towards this I have learned a lot,and I thought I would share with anyone who is looking for info.
Latina doctors are amazing at that perfect 8 glass shape. When it comes to North American doctors (or those based nearby),most people go to either Mexico or DR. I chose DR,they are wellll known for their master transformations.
In DR there are loads of doctors,but the most talked about on blogs such as these (at least from my point of view) are Dra Yily,Dr Cabral,Dra Robles,Dra Hilario Duran,and more recently Dra Australia Baez. Each has their specialty and signature look,I believe.
Dr Cabral - Called 'the King of Barbies',he is a veteran at the BBL,creating some amazing (and some say almost exaggerated) perfect hourglass bodies. Recent medical malpractices make people shy away from him.Also,he is extremely ''busy'' so his aftercare is not the best.
Dra Yily-
She is excellent at giving you an extremely cinched waist to add to an amazzzing hourglass shape.However,if you want a BIG butt,don't go to Yily. This is the general consensus from past patients. Tiny waist from lipo and TT,Yily will do you well. Her downsides include that she is very busy so their experience is rushed,with minimal and rushed doctor/patient aftercare. I won't comment on anything negative about her personality because that may not really have anything to do with her work. She gives tiny waists and good hip grafting.

Dra Robles -
I am unfamiliar but I hear she does great TTs,has a lovely all-inclusive plan (with recovery house) but it is a NO for huge butts and exaggerated hourglasses.

Dra Australia Fragroso
A really thoughtful doctor who will give you what you want as long as your haemoglobin is a 13! The highest required levels of all doctors. If it is not there,you can NOT get aggressive lipo. She will not do it. To her,that is priority.
To get any plastic surgery,your haemoglobin levels must be at a 12 at least for you to be operated on.
