Breast Reduction and Bbl Soon! Doing something for myself! Dominican Republic, DO

So I went to the bank and put my deposit down ????.. I found a hematologist I'm going tomorrow to get what ever treatment I can to boost my iron fast for surgery , hopeing that and all my supplements will get me up there in time.. Also confirmed that if not there is a dr that will help me in dr for 75 bucks so I may plan to go 2 days before or stay longer just in case I need it .. So now all I need to do is diet and get ready .. I'm doing my first day of hcg which is a load day and then I start the protocol.. Still waiting to see if I can buddy up with anybody before I book a recover home . Spoke to Conrad from kindness and it seems really good so far ..

So I just got back from vacation .. I have all my diet stuff ready .. I'm doing the hcg diet to lose pounds fast! I did it before my last surgery and lost about 30 lbs in a little over a month .. Hoping for at lest 20 this time .. Worried about my iron level so I'm taking iron pills 2-3 times a day .. Order getiol and absorb liquid iron .. I've always had iron problems .. Gonna go see a specialist as well.. I don't wanna get out there and not get surgery .. I've heard they have a 2 day treatment to help in once I'm there but I will be doing everything I can before I go to avoid any delays .. Wondering if I should push my date back a week or so to give me more time to get it right ..if you've had iron problems please let me know what u think ?? Also trying to figure out what recover house to use .. A friend referred me to kindness house .. Looks good so far .. Wishing I had a surgery buddy ! Let me know if your going in October too! And it goes everywhere except my tummy which is good but I want it all gone now .. Last pic is me a few months ago ..like my body but want a more cheeky rounded butt and upper armpit fat gone and my size 34 H boobs down to a cute D ..

Hey guys .. Going to yily for a breast reduction and bbl .. Had a tummy tuck a 5 years ago .. Tummy still flat but gain a few pounds ???? .. Back is killing me ! Was approved for a free breast reduction but I feel like I mind as well go big and do it all at once ! Kinda just made the choice to do surgery again and booked fast and soon! Gotta get ready .,, lose some lb's and boost my iron up before I go .. Any tips let me know plz ..
