Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant - VERY VERY HAPPY WITH NATURAL LOOK AND QUICK RECOVERY - Santa Monica, CA

So I had a nose job and chin implant done by Dr. Aynehchi and I had a great experience. As you can see from my photos, I had a very striking look and was really worried that anything I did would make me look drastically different. I really wanted a natural appearance and a quick recovery because of work scheduling. I did a lot of research online and met with a pretty popular plastic surgeon. He was a nice guy and honest. He told me it would be a challenging case and I should go to someone who is both ENT and specifically facial plastics trained. He directed me to Dr. Aynehchi. Dr. Aynehchi was very easy going and reassuring. He was very confident he could address the things that bothered me like the big hump, the very very droopy hook tip and small chin. He had a very understandable explanation for how he would address each part of my nose and why it would be done, along with emailing me simulations. Two weeks before surgery he personally typed up an instruction guide for me to follow that literally told me what to do every day leading up to surgery and after surgery. It was really nice because I followed those instructions and as he said, I did not bruise at all(!). Highly recommend. Don't miss out for a natural look and a surprisingly speedy recovery.
