At the age of 54 and considering making a career...
At the age of 54 and considering making a career change, I decided to have a face and neck lift. I was starting to develop sagging in the jowels and under the chin as well as deep under-eye hollows. I went for a consultation with Dr. Ronan and he suggested lifting the face from under the eyes down to the below the chin, along with liposuction under the chin and fat grafting to the cheeks. The surgery went very smoothly and I was fortunate enough to not need any of the pain killers they had prescribed for me.
Luckily I had read a lot of reviews on this site for face lift procedures, so I was prepared for the extensive swelling the next day and didn't freak out when I looked in the mirror! I took 2 weeks off work and when I went back I looked fine. Only one person noticed that I looked a little swollen, so I was pleased that it was not too obvious. I still look like myself, only it's the me that I looked like before I started to sag! When I am with other people my age I really see the difference between how I look now and how everyone else my age looks. I love it!

Dr. Ronan and his staff were really great to work with. They answered all of my questions leading up to my surgery and I had several follow up visits so Dr. Ronan could keep an eye on how everything was healing. When go to his office, I am greeted in a warm and friendly manner by all of the staff members and am never kept waiting for my appointment.
