Dr. Groff and his assistants were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, thorough in both their analysis of my treatment and in the laser procedure. The result was highly satisfactory. I met in the doctor's office to discuss what was recommended but unfortunately all that I needed done exceeded my budget. Dr. Groff was able to eliminate procedures that were not highly needed at the time and focus on procedures that would yield the best results. After the procedure, the assistant was thorough in helping me to understand what I needed to do at home, how long recovery would take, and what steps I needed to take to maximize results. After several weeks, Dr. Groff saw that some of the procedure could be redone for additional benefit which he did quickly and at no additional charge.
