i'm 22 y/o and i have a 5 y/o who ...u guessed it....DESTROYED my body. i need a full TT and i'd loooove a BBL. i know i'm young to be having a TT but i'm not planning on any kids anytime soon and dangit i'm ready to enjoy my body while i'm young! i've chosen dr. carmina cardenas to do both procedures on me and now it's just the waiting game of paying, confirming, then waiting till december (when i have a break from college). i have a pretty big butt in terms of width and shape but toward the top is wayyyyyyyy to flat for my liking....it almost blends into my lower back (that's a no-no).

i plan on using alllll real pics, no wish pics...cant wait to start this journey!

nice result having in mind you already have a nice slender body.
I will recommend an extended Tummy Tuck in order to get rid of the
saggy skin and also a tight muscle repair to get a totally flat
abdomen and tapered waist.
Also I would recommend to do a revision of liposuction to your upper
and lower back, flanks, waist and a bit to inner thighs and outer
thighs and use the "virgin fat" to do a nice fat grafting to your
butt and hips. I just have to be very honest and straight about the
fat harvested: those areas which were under liposuction before, can
not be used for fat graftng purposes, because I have had the horrible
experience of fat necrosis because of me using fat and scar tissue due

How much fat I would be able to transfer? I do not know until I see
you vividly and specially during surgery.
Definitely all of those areas may be lipoed but not use the fat for
fat grafting purposes.

GUESS SHE THINKS I HAD LIPO BEFORE....but I've only had it on my love handles so i can still use my back n abs for fat harvesting.
I asked for Dec 13th and I'll be paying my $500 deposit tomorrow!!!! THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS! =]

Got my pre-op instructions so i'll be sending my deposit in tomorrow. Wow...this is really happening...IT'S FINALLY COMING TRUE.

OK IM BACK! Sorry for going missing but I was honestly so down and anxious and filled with emotions I had to withdraw .

Had my surgery yesterday morning at about 6:30am and ONLY had a tummy tuck. Sorry to all my BBL sisters I just wasn't ready yet .

Surgery went great now just waiting for my ride home.
Dra. Cardenas and her staff are the sweetest people I've ever met they are amazing really and truly. The helped me in so many ways and I'm so glad I came here.
