I feel like I am the only youngish person with this issue but all of my weight goes to my arms. It makes me look heavier and less fit than I actually am. I have always hated how fat and big my arms are and next month I'm finally going to do something about it. Right now I have saved $500 towards the $2000 goal. $500 is the deposit, I will call maybe next weekend to make the appointment. The place is in California its called Pacific Liposculpture.

firstly..your arms look fine as they are, but if they bother you you might want to consider going to elite liposculpture in beverly hills with dr yovino or dr rollins for the procedure...they specialize in JUST this sort of thing... give them a call...

Please, please dont do this to yourself !! I am 2 months post op, look {looked} exactly like you. I would give anything to get back my so called fat arms. I had the surgery by a top rated plastic surgeon and now I cant ever wear short sleeves again. The lipo, regardless of the type, any type, leaves your arms lumpy with crepe like skin and I cant even describe the pain and regret !! I beg you, your arms are beautiful and theres no going back once they are mutilated by lipo. EVERYBODY will stare and wonder what could have possibly happened to you. The dr photos you have been looking at do not show the underside. They show photos that are strategically taken only to never show you the underside of the arms after surgery. please listen to my advise, maybe one of 200 or so turn out acceptable.

Oh, do not let them convince you that they will smooth out, they just want to make the payments that can support their own lifestyle, they dont care about you or me.

Oh thanks for the advise..ya i believe we should go for a surgery only when we are at the worst stage that nothing would go worst..

Wow this really has affected me. Do you have any photos? I have wanted to do it for so many years. Are you sure it can't come out nicely?
