14 weeks post op
Haven't posted pics in a while. Can't believe I am 14 weeks? I am very happy with my results. I only wear my compression garment when I am home. Not too much swelling unless I eat something salty and even then the so swelling isn't too bad.
9 weeks post
I will be nine weeks tomorrow. I wake up flare and puff out late afternoon. Kind of like a three month bump. My cg is optional but I do wear it most of the day. Posting some pics of before and after
6 weeks
Well technically, I will be 6 weeks post on Tues. In the last few days I have been feeling great! I wear my cg during the day and remove it early evening for comfort. I still have a little pouch under my incision like I a little baby bump. By late afternoon I look a little more puffy. I still have a burning sensation on my lower back from the lipo on my flanks.
I have been walking the past two weeks and on Fri. I actually returned to the gym. Did the elipitcal and stationary bike each for 30 mins and felt great. Even did some light weights. I am nervous to return to Pilates as it feels really weirded doing a plank.
Posted some pics where you can still see the puffiness
All in all, so happy I did this. Just never realized how difficult the recovery would be.
