Honesty in surgical planning is the most important aspect of care as the patient often comes with an elaborate plan that involves multiple surgeries that can be simplified to achieve a better outcome. If one is not doing plastic surgery for the patient's benefit, then they should not be doing plastic surgery. I am glad that we could simplify your plan and achieve your goals! What a great feeling.
