Dr. Ayala's office is amazing. I've traveled...
Dr. Ayala's office is amazing. I've traveled coast to coast in search of a good doctor that could really use fillers but, it was always a bust. I've even met with "A list" surgeons from Beverly Hills to NYC- all left me with decent results; nothing spectacular.
Moving to San Antonio; I never gave it much thought to scope the area out for local surgeons so, I finally did (since travelling around for work was already stressful enough). I happened to chance upon Dr. Ayala's site and loved his results. It was some of the best nose and breast work I had seen and couldn't believe it was here in San Antonio, Texas! Most, if not all, people automatically think "Oh, the best surgeons are out in Cali or New York..." but, after going to countless consults with sub-par results, that mind set couldn't be more wrong.
Scheduling was a breeze and they even got me in last minute because I was walking around with a lumpy, crooked lip from a bad lip job done by a previous surgeon!
I came in and the wait time was a little longer than most but, it's definitely a busy office. I noticed this and it reassured me that they have experience and that they have a large number of patients. From what I've experienced, it's always a good thing when it's busy- it usually means they have a high volume of returning patients or because they're THAT good. Not saying it's a complete fact- just an observation I've made after a few years of surgeon hunting.
I was greeted by a gorgeous woman and turns out that she's the injector! Who would have thought? Anyhow, she took the time to feel out my face and analyze it (which a lot of injectors fail to do this and I end up having to ask them to). She then communicated with me of her thoughts and I expressed mine and we went on from there. Another great thing about Alina is that she communicates with you without injecting and then presenting the results. It's important that you express your views so that you get the results you want. She did an amazing job with my lip. She gave me that pout I wanted and fixed all the lumps the previous surgeon had left me with. I definitely had a complicated lip to work with and she corrected it and, on top, gave it shape.
My next visit- I wanted fillers to the nose because I didn't want to commit to an invasive procedure. She again, was all ears and we discussed what I wanted and what was achievable. This time around, I got to meet Dr. Ayala. I was very surprised by how down to earth and personable he was. He never made me feel uncomfortable or tried to pressure me into procedures I didn't want. And this is what sets Dr. Ayala's office apart from all the other surgeons- he's not sales driven nor runs his office like an assembly line and he does flawless work. His breast augs and nose jobs are some of the best that I've seen.
But back to the nose fillers: I totally understood that I have a some-what difficult nose to work with so, I went in just wanting the foundation to be corrected but, again- Alina did all of that and more. I now have a nice nose line, my profile, 45 degree; all look amazing. The best part is that there was zero down time and I didn't have to resort to an invasive procedure.
I adore this office and everyone. Dr. Ayala is honest, frank and candid. He truly is an artist with skill and has the knowledge; with that combo, you can't get anything but amazing results. All the before and afters-at his office-were fantastic and it definitely puts me at ease and makes me want to put my trust into him for the possibility of getting work done, in the future.
I highly recommend Alina and Dr. Ayala. They're truly amazing at their craft and the best!
