Breast lift with fat transfer

So, it's been a while since I've had anything done to my boobs. In 2010 I decided to get silicone implants 600cc each!! I was about 25 and I was in love with them. But, about a year later, maybe less, I started having all kinds of random symptoms. Palpitations, shortness of breath, migraines, dizziness, panic attacks, and nausea. This went on for about a year, every doctor I saw said I was fine and there was no reason for my symptoms. I eventually concluded it must be a reaction to the implants and decided to remove them. I went back to the original surgeon and he said he ordered an ultrasound of the breasts. Said the results were completely normal and he would not be removing my implants.

I found another surgeon, he removed my implants in 2013 and I felt so much better. He could not remove the biofilm so I guess that is why I still have some of the symptoms at times. I have symptoms suggesting I have an autoimmune disease, arthritis, very dry eyes, cold intolerance, dizziness, but there is not source or diagnosis. I'm 39 now and they still consider me a "healthy adult" and overlook all of these random symptoms. So, I've learned to deal with them.

However......I hate my breasts and decided to do something about them. On 6/30/21 I had a breast lift with fat transfer from my trunk area. I initially wanted implants AGAIN!!! So dumb right. But decided that was a horrible idea and asked my surgeon to perform a lift with fat transfer for volume. He is an amazing surgeon. He answered all my questions and never pushed anything. He heard me out and supported my decision. And he also let me know when something was not a good idea. Like removing fat from my lower abdomen creating more loose skin. Today is post-op day 3 and I feel great! I am worried about on incision, it has a little opening but hopefully, it heals fine. I will continue to update you all on my progress. My breast won't be as voluptuous as they would be with an implant, but hopefully, they remain this perky and full.

done!!

Had implants removed yesterday!!! My breast look HORRIBLE!! But I was finally able to sleep on my back last night without becoming short of breath. The pain is minimal, have not even had to take a pain medication yet :) I am hoping they fluff out a bit and if not oh well, my health is way more important than the appearance of my breast.

2010 I had 600cc silicone implants placed by Dr. Decherd in San Antonio, TX. Unfortunately, when I went to his office a couple of months ago complaining of pain and thoughts of removing implants I was told that was not a good idea. I am now looking for a good PS to remove my implants in the SA area.

Doctor was friendly and I am happy with the look of my breasts with implants but I hate the constant pain and accommodations I have had to make in my life. My only complaint about Dr Decherd is that he was not helpful at all when I needed help with the issues I was having. I was healthy before my implants now I have constant pain, shortness of breath, and palpitations. I can never sleep on my stomach or my left side because my heart starts acting crazy. I have been to a cardiologist, my primary care provider, have had all kinds of tests and they all come back negative. Hopefully I will return to normal when my implants are removed.
