Kayser First and foremost, I would like to state...

Kayser
First and foremost, I would like to state that my review is 100% genuine. There are a lot of bogus reviews on the internet these days and unfortunately those individuals who take the time to release fake reviews skew the public perceptions leading into making bad decisions in making the right choice in physicians. With that said, my brief story is this: In 2005 at the age of 32 I made the choice to have breast augmentation. I received saline implants and at that time I was really pleased with the results. However, after 4/5 years my breasts began to sag and support bras were a constant need. In 2015, I started to contemplate the idea of a breast implant removal. However, finding an explant only surgeon in southeast Michigan was extremely difficult so I shelved the idea. At that time my breast sag was severe, my neck pain was constant, and the older I got I just felt they were too big and heavy. In April 2017, my right implant ruptured. This was both scary for me and a nuisance because it thrust me into needing something done regardless of my hesitations. I went back to the original surgeon, who told me my sagging breasts were so severe that I would require a lift with implants in order to have any fullness left. I was told if I explanted only I would sustain a “chest similar to that of a mans” and that I “ would not be happy with the end result.” I firmly stated I do not want implants again, he stated he would perform the surgery, but “I would most likely be back in 6 months for implants.” I left his practice feeling frustrated and worried I would never find the plastic surgeon to suit my needs. I decided to extensively research as many sites as possible and also check into legit accreditation and board certifications. I met with a couple other surgeons in Oakland and Macomb counties in which both wanted to explant and implant. Until I finally found Image By Design and met Dr. Melek Kayser. First, I want to say Dr. Kayser’s bedside manner is top notch. He took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, answered all of my questions, and fully understood what I was seeking and why. His staff made me feel extremely comfortable and were also understanding to my situation. I never once felt like I was an odd duck for not wanting breast implants placed back in. I scheduled my surgery for an explant and breast lift (lollipop lift) in mid-May, and I am at present in my 8th week of post-op. Secondly, Dr. Kayser is a perfectionist and I can say first hand, he did a fabulous job! My breasts have shaped again. He was able to reconstruct both breasts so there is zero sagging and also fullness. Additionally, there is very little scarring around the areola and the other scarring is already beginning to fade. I have seen many women on surgery websites seeking explant, but struggling with the same fears as I had. Finding a surgeon is a difficult task, but I can attest that Dr. Kayser will meet your needs. He is not only kind, he is also passionate about his work and ensuring his patients are satisfied with their results!
