Sixty Plus No Time to Waste - Invisalign and Acceledent - Rugby, GB

Just had IPR on top front teeth for first time - wasn't looking forward to this, but orthodontist said just like filing nails! Anyway, no problem. She says this will make room for top teeth to move back - result!! She is impressed with how quickly things are improving with Acceledent and will have more IPR in 8 weeks.
I can see a difference!

Now in my second week since I got my Acceledent, I changed my tray after one week instead of two. Feel that Acceledent has definitely helped with the initial pain/tightness of the first couple of days. I use my Acceledent at night and have had no problems with it. I can see the teeth are moving gradually, and with this device hopefully a lot quicker. No complaints from me.

Never been happy with my teeth, and at last can afford to do something about it. After a lot of thought, started my invisalign with 48 trays! So asked my orthodontist to order Acceledent to speed up treatment. Started 2 nights ago on changing to tray 7. Must say it seems to make pain less, but was expecting the vibrations to be noisier and more powerful. Also seem to produce a lot of saliva when using it for the 20 minutes each evening. Anyone else have this problem/or experience to share with me please? My orthodontist very encouraging, but I'm her first patient using this device - she has told me to change trays every week instead of two weekly! At my age it will be worth the extra cost to get it done as soon as possible!
