4 months post op
Well right after my last update my incision opened up on my left hip. Took about a month for it to heal.Treated with antibiotics and wicking moisture from hole.
At 4 months I am fealing great! I am back full swing in the gym. Still abit awkward in some excerises from different groove in motion from new stomach do to muscle repair. Body weight is moving up from a low of 190 ( I am trying to gain muscle back from [revious injuries) now currently 215-220 lbs targeting 220 lean stage pounds for a bodybuilding show in May 2016.
I do have some "lumps" from incision opening where a void was created and skin is puffed aroud it doctor is scheduling an in office procedure to remove excess in 2 months. I will review and add pics after surg. Very happy I had this procedure done by Dr. Scott Green at Plastic surgery center in Roseville , Ca

one month post op
Well things are going well slowly the swelling is going down. I am still in a compression garment most of the day and night. I tried going with out for a couple days and swelling got pretty bad so back on they came.Have another post op apointment next week will update more then.
14 days post op back at work since day 12
14 days post op drains removed at day 10. Doing great still tight at end of day. Walking upright most of the time.
