I am writing because I need help. My dermatologist appt isn't until January. My medical group is backed up for specialty doctors. I am thinking of just paying cash to an outside dermatologist and use my insurance to pay for prescriptions if needed. I had severe psoriasis all over my body. Dermatologist gave me dedonide cream for my face, been using it for two years up until recently. My face is red , tight and so dry I feel it's going to crack. Can anyone give me some advice?
