It's been 3 months since my explant

It has been 3 months since the explant of my size 34 D.

I don't like them this small. I have gained weight and gone up 2 pant sizes, but for me, the idea that women gain weight in your boobs first, is not true. I have an appointment to see Dr. Elkins on the 25th to see what he can do for me. I know that I don't want to have a fat transfer, yet I am concerned about how well another set will do.

I have been working out to build my chest and arm muscles, so that if I decide to go ahead with another set I may be able to carry them better

They are shaping up alright. Can't post a pic today and will try to soon. I still can't fill up an A cup like I did before implants, which is difficult for me.

I know what I want but I am scared at the same time. I guess it will take some more thought and input from Dr. Elkins and maybe this time we can get a better outcome and understanding of what should happen based on what's best for my body.

I'll update you again soon... :)

When I had my 475cc implants inserted through the...

When I had my 475cc implants inserted through the navel in 2011, I was really excited. It all sounded really great and I thought my body wouldn't give me any problems or that they wouldn't be inserted incorrectly. To this day I am still not sure what all caused my "problems."

After I had them inserted a year later I had a CC. My PA popped that and then it continued to get worse the following year. It looked like it had fallen and was all stretched out on the left side.

A second opinion PA told me that they were inserted wrong- one sub-muscular and the other on top, while my original PA said that the muscle didn't hold my implant in place. I believe when he popped my CC that the muscle/tissue could have torn. But I don't know.

So I decided with the support of my hubby to have them removed because of discomfort and quite frankly an awful physical appearance.

I am in the process of healing from 3 weeks ago and I would take it back, except for the fact I am slightly smaller than I was before implants. (I'm not even filling an A cup anymore)

My plan right now is to heal, gain some weight, build muscle and consider options in the future.

If you have any questions about my process just holla!

Dr. Elkins is really easy going and laid back- a great man, clean office and a PA great environment. But I don' think I would say he's a top PA. He'll give you what you want and tell you what you want to hear- and in my case this was for breast augmentation and explant. So I would NOT recommend him if you are looking for a very professional PA or want what's truly best for your body.
