Week 10, Tray 10

It's been a while since I've posted. Things are going well and my treatment is coming along. I notice a difference in my bite, especially with my back molars. I guess those are being shifted. Gaps are still in my side teeth, but they're slowly getting smaller, or atleast that's what I tell myself. Anyways, I have tray 11 and then I go back for a checkup and to get my next trays. I'm thankful I already have my attachments, that last visit was something else getting those on!

Week 5, Tray 5

I've had my attachments for a full week now and it hasn't been too bad. I've figured out that pulling the tray aloose on one side and pulling it around allows it to easily be removed.

I switched to tray 5 last night. I can definitely tell that the attachments are working. One of my teeth bear my biggest gap is super sensitive. I guess it's moving it in closer to the other tooth! ????

The pain isn't bad enough for me to take any meds and everything else is fine. See pics below with my lovely attachments, which apparently people don't even notice!

Week 4, Tray 4, Attachments Added

Yesterday my attachments were added. It was interesting and a little painful-mainly due to my sensitive teeth from moving and that plastic thing that holds your jaw open. One attachment came off when removing the tray template thingy, so that one had to be added back on, in addition to another that the Ortho wanted adjusted.

The pain wasn't enough to make me take meds, and I'm fine this morning. I have trays 4-11, still changing weekly, so I'll return in 8 weeks. The attachments definitely make it harder to remove them, still trying to figure out the best way to do it. See pics of my attachments below. I'm glad they aren't on all my teeth, but you can still see them when I talk.
