How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.

the journey-- before, durring and the holy cow-- look at me now pics

Just posting a ton of pics to encourage others that the journey of GBP or any form, is well worth the work-- Its not a diet, its not a fad, its a new beginning a new start to a new you-- use it as a tool and you will succeed!! I started at 244.6 lbs- and eventually dropped down to 112 lbs-- and struggled hard to GAIN back to 122- 128 lbs where I felt healthiest-- I now maintain ( after a total hysterectomy- 137- 138 lbs year round) and loving life-- wouldnt change my decission for anything in the world-- ( other than becoming obese to begin with) GOOD LUCK FRIENDS-- i wish you success and smiles

Well, lets just say this chunky chick is never...

well, lets just say this chunky chick is never going back to being a chunky chick-- after having 2 daughters, both C section, i just got bigger and bigger and never could seem to loose weight-- I had tried and exhausted all avenues to weight loss- until i had a very useful gift given to me by my dad! when he retired from the mining industry- he split his retirement monies with my 2 sisters and I-- and I just happened to of spent my monies wisely-- It was a new beginning for me! and a true blessing from my dad ( and my mom from heaven) ..I researched MANY doctors until i found Dr SMITH in SLC utah- ( RMAP ) HE was incredible-- I underwent surgery, was the first one pacing the floors of 4 patience who had the GBP the same day- I was the first to get the pump/drain out, and the first to go home- as we all met and exchanged numbers- i knew i had a duty to myself and others to pay it forward- Lifes little blessings mean so much-- Me being able to hang out with my grand kids ( i have 3 from my step children) and to enjoy my child care business ( my spare 16 kids) i can run, laugh, play, camp, get on boats, rides etc-- all because I am thinner, healthier and LOVING LIFE-- one downfall is-- everyone asks, DO YOU FEEL BETTER-- well let me put it out there to you straight-- when your obese-- YOU DONT KNOW YOU DONT FEEL GOOD-- I never felt bad-- just winded-- thats all!! NOW i have people that automatically stare at my belly flab ( knowing for 20 years i had been obese) and thats kinda embarassing- ( so im scheduled for a mommy make over full TT and BA june 25th 2013 in SLC) . Everything I do, everything I achieve, is because i have counted my blessings and recieved each one and given back ten fold-- I love being me, have no regrets on my gastric bypass and never intend to be obese again- Ill find some photo's and post them later-- its a process moving them from my FACEBOOK to my desktop, to other sights- lol but i will share, i promise!! If you have any worries, doubts- anxiety-- trust me, you cant be more anxious than i was-- I nearly walked out an hour prior to surgery- and now, wouldnt change it for the world-- well worth the wait , journey and new me!! contact me ANYTIME-- im an open book, i love helping others-- See ya on the slim side!!~ Tami
