Swelling continues to get better. I have a hard lump on my left hip that I massage regularly. I also massage my entire stomach daily with coconut oil. I am watching what I eat and exercise every day. I wear spanx and a neoprene garment for support.
12 days post op
It is 12 days since my tumescent lipo. Although I still have considerable swelling, I feel great. I also have some lumpiness in my hips and ribs. I use firm pressure self massage and that seems to work. I started working out this week doing light to moderate cardio along with 10 lb dumbell weights for my arms. I have been eating healthy. My pants definitely fit better and I cannot wait to get my full results. Here are pics I took today. I feel like my hip area is most noticable.
Day Three
Today I finally took a shower. Getting the body suit on agaun was a bit of a challenge. The swelling and bruising in my stomach area is not bad at all; however, my legs are super bruised and swollen. I am not sure why this is the case but I heard it is normal. I feel a little tired and weak. I have no appetite.
