He Tried, but Failed Epically

I thought I had uploaded these with my original post, but maybe not! The after photos are from a little over 3 years post op primary revision. As you can see I was left with noticeable asymmetry, drooping columella, lengthened tip, and collapsed (inverted v) bridge. Guys, if you don’t have something huge wrong with your nose, do not trust him for subtly changes. He took my nose from being fine to horrible, when it should have gone fine to great. He was WAY TOO CONFIDENT AND ASSURING. Throughout the whole “swelling” process he reassured me that it was only swelling up to my 1.5 year mark where he said, and I quote, “This is within my 10% margin of error, so not worth another surgery to correct.” And I am left with a nose WAY worse than I started with. Not sure if he was overconfident on his skills or what. BUT, morally of story, if you are on the fence and just looking to refine your nose, do not go to him. He does not deliver on results, and honestly his skill set is so poor, you would only appreciate it on extreme cases. Going from a huge hump in your nose to slightly crooked would look like an improvement, but far from what can and should be done for this price. Please stop going to this man.
