I haven't been on here, time Flys by when your having fun!! :) my stomach is great and flat.. working out on toning my legs and arms, but very hapay with the results of my surgery! Will post pictures soon!

Feeling great, still struggling with swelling... but it's getting better. Started exercise back to at 5 weeks , pretty much back to normal with everything!

3 weeks post op!! I'm feeling a lot better, no pain... standing up straight, no more back pain! The only thing I'm struggling with is swelling!! But I know it will get better! Just can't wait to see final results.
