How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

When first going to this office, everyone came off...
when first going to this office, everyone came off super nice and intelligent. when i had a lot of questions they became annoyed - clearly because they were not qualified to answer them, nor did they care to satisfy me even though i was paying a premium to have a "surgeon" perform these procedures that could have been done by other trained professionals for half price.
one of the procedures... once i had the procedure done, i thought the work was not symmetrical. i told the assistant a few times immediately thereafter at which finally dr. enzer said he would see me to take a look. his thoughts; "looks as good as can be and let it go". so i did. a little more than a year later had passed and the imbalance was more pronounced (and it started to look like the very issue i was trying to resolve), so i followed up with the Dr. at which time, he told me it was "WEIRD" to get a call so long after a procedure with an issue -- even though i reminded him that it was BAD from the start. he told me if there were to be any corrective work done, that i would have to pay.
naturally i will not ever go into dr. enzers office again.
i am going to another dr. to fix it.
this was a poor experience all the way around and i wouldnt recommend Dr. Enzer to anyone unless I disliked them.
