Doing great back to normal life. Healing well and I've started to workout a little.

10 days post

Hey everyone I went to see Dr. Lynch yesterday and everything is going as it should. I had the nipple boustlers removed and he was happy that the nipples took to the skin. My bottom drains are still in, only until it's less than 40cc a day for 4 days. On each side of my chest I have a side bludge that is still very swollen and hasnt gone down. Dr lynch tryed draining them with a syringe, but no fluid came out. We think their is no fluid "pocket" but rather the fluid is in the skin tissue. I hope it goes down soon it looks terrible. At least my chest is super flat now! I'm really happy about that. I finally got to shower!! Thank goodness.

1 week post surgery

Ok guys yesterday I had my first follow up app w/ Dr. Lynch. I was able to see my new body for the first time. I was alittle take back by the scars at first but I knew that was part of the gig, but they will get better with time. It already looks 100% better than before, and my man boobs are gone! Wow that's a great fealing. He had the 2 drains in my chest removed because they where hardly draining, and kept the 2 drains in my abdominals in. The abdominal drains really haven't been draining a whole lot either - 20cc or less every 4 hrs. I think they will be removed soon. I also got the top wrap around my chest removed for good. That was great because I was itching a whole lot! It feels weird whenever I sit back and put pressure on my back. Idk how to explain it just feels weird! The wrap around my stomach is staying on, I don't mind it so that's ok. I slept one night in my bed and it went ok, that was when I had my chest wrap still on. I tried last night without the chest wrap on and it hurt too much, I ended up going out to the recliner. I'm moving around better each day, but I still have limitations. Reaching above my head, bending over , standing straight up, side movements are no-no 's. That's all I got for today, I see Dr. Lynch in 2 days - will update. Any questions just ask!
