Things are getting better everyday
I'm cleared for cardio so I have been doing that still no sit ups or arm weight clothes are fitting better everyday but I still have swelling in hips and lower abdomen. Dr said give it two more months.
Feeling better
I'm feeling better but I'm having a lot of swelling I had to be drained on wed and go back Monday for more draining. It doesn't hurt so that's good but just wish I was not swelling at this point. My hips still feel bruised from the lipo and my tummy muscles are a little tender but that's about it.
