44 Years Old and Suffered Sinus Headaches for Years .. Pittsburgh, PA

Hi my name is Dannielle I went to several ENT doctors for my deviated septum and sinus problems, but I just didn't feel comfortable. They wouldn't listen to me, they were very cold mannered towards me , So finally I was researching the internet and came across Dr. Fernau's Profile I was very impressed with all the before and after pics and the great reviews also he had 5 stars which was very rare from what I had saw before, So I called the office his staff was very polite ,and professional . I also want to mention I'm an African american female and I was very scared be cause my ethniticity features are alot different than caucasians but when I met him he was very confident and reassuring that he could do my septo/Rhinoplasty job with no problem he was very patient with me I didn't feel like he was rushing me like the other Surgeons I had met with . I'm so glad I went ahead with him he is beyond thorough he has a great since of humor while being very professional also his assistant Sherry is so down to earth. she had the same procedure done and she looks great after seeing her that sealed the deal . I'm forever greatful to Dr. Fernau and his staff for making me happy and able to breathe after 20 + years ..... O also his office is to die for its like something Donatella Versace designed herself it's beyond beautiful .......
