Best in the Bay Area for Facial Plastic Surgery (Because That's All They Do)
I moved to Lieberman and Parikh about five years ago, when I noticed how GREAT Dr. Lieberman is at placement of dermal fillers. The thing about fillers is that you can put a lot of filler in, but if the placement is bad, you just put syringe after syringe in and you don't get anywhere. Dr. Lieberman really is an artist. When he started doing my fillers, I looked beautiful every single time - with one syringe.
Then I realized, Facial plastic surgery is all Lieberman and Parikh does - they specialize in it. They know what they are doing. I don't waste my money with other places anymore. I also have Botox with L&P and I have tried Ultherapy and a few other treatments. I love microneedling with PRP with Moira - my skin looks fantastic.
In 2016, I decided I was finally ready for a full face and neck lift. The big deal was that I had "cording" on my neck - and it was pretty bad. I knew I could trust Dr. Lieberman. There were, maybe six consultation sessions before the surgery. Dr. Lieberman is a patient person ... :) The surgery itself was long (all day). There were pictures of my face all over the surgery center and both doctors were there. Drs. Lieberman and Parikh work together and consult constantly to make sure the result is exactly right. This is not a cookie cutter operation. The exact angle of lift is not the same on every patient. Also, with my neck there were things that needed to be moved around.
I can't even tell you how great and natural my facelift looks. No one would ever know I had a facelift. I just look fresh and youthful.
The other great thing about this practice is the attention to detail. Dr. Lieberman noticed a scar and immediately offered to revise it (I did not notice it because it is in the back under my hairline). I did not pay for the revision.
I had some body work done recently with another surgeon and I did not have great results (I paid thousands of dollars for the revision to get the results I requested in the first place). I now realize that unless a surgeon specializes in a particular area, it's hard to do a great job. You do not want to go to a jack-of-all-trades to do your facelift. Go to someone who ONLY does faces.
In January, I had my lip lifted. This is something I have been wanting to do since I was a teen-ager but another surgeon told me it couldn't be done. I am so glad I asked Dr. Lieberman about it because out of everything I have ever done, I think the lip lift is probably the best. Honestly, I look six years younger but having a slightly shorter upper lip looks more feminine. I am middle aged and happily married, but I actually feel sexy again.
