New 450cc Girls!! La Plata, MD

Tonight I am 4 days post opt and I'm feeling about 75% normal. The soreness in my arms is pretty much gone, I've just about gotten used to the heavy feeling as well. I'm able to get around much better by myself too. I'm down to only talking 2 pain meds a day & that's it. One throughout the day & one at night.

A couple questions I have:

First how constipated did you guys get (if you did)? I've been taking meds and I haven't even had the urge. Is that normal or should I look into something else.

Some thing else:
When do your implants typically fall? What are some ways I can exercise them to fall? And do they look bigger or smaller after they do?

Today was much easier for me, I had managed to avoid the Valium altogether up until this morning after getting up every 3 1/2 hours take a pain pill I finally took half and the another half shortly after & I was able to go like 2 extra hours before I was in pain again. I plan to take just a Valium before bed & that's it.

For anyone who's had a previous BA surgery when did your breast start to fall? I wish mine would already!!

So this is technically my second day post opt. The pressure, soreness, tightness & stiffness is still there but im able to manage the pain. I'm taking then every 3 1/2 hours instead of 4. Im hoping that since it was a little bit better today, tomorrow and here in out will keeping better.
