surgery March 27 and it's April 14
I'm feeling much better I still have hard spots and some soreness but eating garment during day and now sleeping on slide at night. Yeah no more back sleeping. I decided not to start exercising until next week I don't want to over due it. Clothes not fitting as well as I thought for this Manu weeks out but I have a goal of 15 pounds weight loss now. I started my shakes on Monday and will continue for the next month and include exercise next week. I will post pictures after 30 days from surgery. Wish me luck.
5 day and I had to take the girdle off
Ok, I have been in pain for the last 4 days the girdle is way to tight but the doctor said it's right. I can't take the pain so I removed the girdle today and now I have bra rolls where I didn't have them before. I am going to be sized for a new garment today. I know it's suppose to be support and some pain but the pain was unbearable. I hope this doesn't ruin the results and I understand the pain before beauty but this pain was for bearable. I will let you know how I feel tomorrow. I have been pushing the bra rolls to see if I have anymore liquid build up and the bruising is just not good.
Monday morning
My upperback fat starting to bruise giving my body a break for a hour or so. Still numb I want to feel my body. I'll update tomorrow after my appointment.
