Implants moving too much?!?

Ok so i feel like my implants are too small for my breasts. I don't mean cup size-wise but more like my implant is not wide enough for my breast width. The reason i think that is because i can move my implant A LOT in my breast pocket. She chose UHP (she had no way of knowing which one would be best until i was out on the table coz of pre op asymetry) and i feel like they are out more than they are wide and they don't completely fill up my boob pocket. There's a lot of wiggle room in there lol. And when i lay on my back they go towards my armpits. If i push them towards my sternum..i feel it going down to armpit ( not literally but u know what i mean)
And when i'm in the gym doing an exercise lying prone on an angle bench...well they shoot out my armpit and that's very uncomfortable and it the way

Any of you ladies have that too? I can't be the only one lol

So i'm stuck being lopsided :(

So i had my appointment with another doctor for a second opinion. I asked her what she would do to fix my breasts and she told me the exact same thing as my original PS. (I didnt tell her beforehand what my ps wanted to do). I also had brought my OR records, she looked at them and said she would've done the exact same thing. So that kinda put me at ease that my ps didn't botch me up but my uneven problem can't really be fixed. She said i have these results because my left ribcage protudes out more (see original review) and had asymetry pre op so these results were inevitable. (No 2 breast are perfectly symetrical, implants or not. But i didnt think it would be that bad)
I asked her if my ps had overdissected the left breast too low and she said no.. That again..because of my effing rib cage issue she had to make the incision there. And if she lowers the right breast incision i risk a double bubble. I brough up the option of removing breast tissue on right side but i'd have to have an incision going from the nipple down to the fold. So i am again dissapointed that she can't help me but at least i know my ps did the best she could with my pre op body.
Even though i had asymetry she put same size implant in both. I saw from my OR records that they tried 6 different shapes and sizes and it turns out i have the same volume in both breasts but just completely different shapes. (As said in my first review)
So i'm stuck with those things. I have the same asymetry problem as before but it looks even more prominent now because they are bigger. I still don't have full sensation in my nipples and underboob but i can deal with that and again i know perfection is not attainable...but had i known this would be the outcome..i would have kept the 6000$ It cost for my right breast in my pocket (OHIP paid for left breast surgery cost)
So since puberty i have been dealing with asymetry and now i have deal with it again. I still put that little sports bra padding thingy on my right breast to sort of "fill out" the bottom of the breast. It sucks but that's life.
So im going to stick with my ps for the nipple touch up surgery since it's no cost with my surgeon. 2nd dr said she would also cut around the left nipple to bring a tiny bit lower and that way she wouldnt have to cut around the right so much. I'll ask my ps if she can do that too because i do have a lot of underboob on L side and i often see a bit of the areola when i wear a bra (especially when i "place" my boobs more together for cleavage lol)
So that's it :)

I ruined my body

I seriously dislike my PS. My last consult i was hoping to discuss the options on how to fix the assymetry. She only suggested the right areola lift but im scared it will make the assymetry even more prominent. I suggested lowering the fold on R breast..she said "no" then said what about lifting the fold on the left one to make them even?..she said she wouldnt do that!?? I dont know what to do. Other surgeons wont see me (because it hasnt been long enough??) she has said before that any fix post op would be covered from the original fee for 1 year from original surgery date...well she booked the areola lift exactly a year post op ( so i cant go back on her if she messes me up again??!). She is cold and no empathy. I see worst case tuberous breast and their results are good. She messed up from the start over dissecting the left inframammary fold. I really don't know where to turn for help and guidance (complain to the hospital? Call another surgeon and lie about the surgery date or pretend i'm not booking for revision? Call OHIP??! ( i live in ontario canada and the left breast cost was covered by the province because it is a congenital difformity). I know it's only breasts but i would not have done it had i known of the outcome. I have the same assymetry problem as before but now it's my "normal" breasts that looks messed up and they're just bigger. Woohoo. I am so pissed!! Any other girls on here with similar problem as mine??
