“Velashape Really Really Worked”
Spent: $1,200 in Orlando, FL
Posted 30 Jul 2010
I had 12 Velashape treatments and although it took a while my stomach is now half the size that it used to be! Here are a few tips to ensure your success:
-Have the technician use the larger rolling head as opposed to the smaller pumping head, this is when I really started seeing results.
-Be healthy to start with. I life a healthy lifestyle and instruct Pilates three times a week but I wasn't seeing results in any of my weight loss efforts, including through VelaShape. Turns out that I had an over-production of cortisol (which causes belly fat), I then started taking CalmPRT and everything started working.
-Buy a Belly Band. You can purchase one of these bands from Wlagreens of Target for $19.99. You simply wrap it around your waist and the thick material creates heat in your stomach, thusly forcing you to sweat. It works well with VelaShape because it keeps the heat inside you for longer and so it can melt more fat. You can use this every day under your clothes for pain-free calorie burning.
