I will be having a full tummy tuck with lipo, and breast augmentation. I'm 28 years old and have three little girls ages 6, 4, and 2. I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 170, I was 145 pre pregnancies. I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancies, 90lbs with my first, then 70lbs, and then 50lbs. It sure took a toll on my body! Needless to say my tummy was stretched and I can't get rid of a lot of it with exercise. I

've always hated my breasts, I'm barely an A cup and the just don't fit my body. I'm tall and built bigger so these little boobs just look horrible! And they only look worse after the babies! I call them my flapjacks lol.

Have my surgery scheduled for February 23, and I'm soooo excited. I've wanted this for so long, I hope the time passes fast. I'll post my before pics soon, ugh yuck!

Think about how much fun it'll be to wear swim suits and small tops this summer! It's going to be nice to feel proportioned. You might want to read JenBob's funny 10 Things I Wish I'd Known Before A Mommy Makeover and check out the Facebook page I made Moms Who Want Their Bodies Back, where we talk about plastic surgery, diet, exercise, and beauty.

I'll follow your journey as you get closer (and beyond!). Thanks so much for sharing with us here on RealSelf.

So, 4 more days! I'm not really feeling anything yet, I'm not nervous, I'm not excited, which is weird since I've literally been obsessing over wanting this for many years now. I'll probably feel all my emotions the night before! I could really use some tips on what I might need and what is helpful during recovery. I have all my scrips, but unsure of anything else I might need. Oh, and why is it that everyone uses a recliner afterwards? Is it really that hard to get in and out of bed? I've had 3 CSections before and didn't have any trouble, but I realize this may be different lol! I could use all the helpful tips, things like clothes to wear and not to wear, things to eat or not eat afterwards (I don't want to get sick!!) Promise I'll upload pics soon, I took them on my phone and can't get them onto my computer to upload. I'll have to take some more tomorrow with my regular camera. Write more soon, thanks ladies!!

Hi! I am 4 days post op... A recliner for me is a must only for sleeping because I can't sleep sitting up. During the day I switch to a overstuffed chair with ottomon. I wish I had more over sized button down shirts. Also, the sweats that are most comfortable with all these drains are the baggy ones. As far as food for the first few days i stayed bland. Hard boiled eggs toast and non salt saltines...yogurt and fruit bars were good too! I wish you a speedy recovery!! Keep us posted!

The recliner is a must have. It makes it was more comfortable bc you will spend alot of time just resting. I also had 3 c sections with my boys and I think the pain is similar. Some people say way worse but I believe it to be not bad. The only time it really hurts is when you are getting up and down and I only needed assistance the first day and a half. We are similar sizes too. I went into surger 5 7 and 159 and I believe I have a pretty good thresh hold for pain and if you were ok with your sections you should be fine. The only advise I can give you is stay up on your pain meds. Dont be a hero and try to back off of them too soon. The doc gave them to you for a reason. You are going to look awesome and I wish you a very happy healing. Hope this helps. I am 3 dpo today and I know I looked to this site for all the info I could find. If you have anymore questions feel free to message me and I will help out as much as I can...Mindy Lou

Ok so I'm starting to get anxious. I'm not sleeping well at all! How long did all of your surgeries take? I think my surgeoun said about 5 hours. Did your husbands or loved ones stay there the whole time? My hubby's like, ummm, what am I supposed to do for 5 hours in a waiting room lol. I can't believe this day is almost here. I remember when I had my consult in October, and I felt like this day would never come. And here it almost is!!!!
