One month post op visit

At my one month post op visit last Wednesday the dr told me everything looked good, and that the separation under my breast at the anchor part of the incision can be stubborn. He prescribed me Biafine emulsion ointment which I am to apply to the wound daily with dressing change. I am able to use scar treatment now except for on the open wound. I will use silicone sheets. He told me to come back in a month and he might restitch the opening once it's no longer "raw". I am considering asking about getting my left nipple revised so that it matches my right one. It is larger and odd shaped, but I'm not sure if it's worth risking possibly making my breast a different shape or making the nipple look worse. But I will ask about it, as I'm sure it would be a somewhat simple procedure done under local anesthetic. My breasts both seemed to have dropped for the most part, as they are both sitting like a natural breast would. They feel very natural as well!

Late pictures!

A few things I forgot to mention

Sorry about all the typos in my previous post. I was very tired! Lol. I forgot to mention that I have two different incisions, my left Breast has a lollipop style incision with a J shape towards the crease. Or a partial anchor. My right side has a full anchor. The incision being the entire length of my breast crease plus extending a little father then my crease towards my armpit. That is also the side with the hole at the "T" location where the vertical and horizontal incisions meet. This is also the side with the smaller implant. I would also like to add that my surgeon did an amazing job at making my breasts, which looked completely different in size, shape, nipple placement etc, look the same! They now look very similar, and that is amazing to me. I was not expecting them to look as identical as they do. They say that your breasts are "sisters, not twins" well before surgery my breasts were like distant cousins, and now they are unmistakably sisters!(; They get softer and squishing everyday. They feel very natural, however, I had a lot of tissue beforehand so I have a good amount of tissue covering the saline implant. I also want to clarify that I got adjustable saline implants, and the ports were left outside of my body, at the end of tubes connected to the implant. The ports had to be removed after one week, when I got my implants filled. I am no longer able to adjust the Implant without surgery. In my case, adjustable implants were the most logical option, and I am very glad that I went that route. My breasts were very different in size and I feel I would not have made the right choice in size any other way. I liked being able to add a little or take a little out. So to me the adjustable implants were a great option. However if I could change anything it would have been to maybe go with the "buried" port which allows for you to adjust the size for up to six months after, however that comes with several more cons, and overall I am extremely happy. I maybe would have liked to even things out a tiny bit more and maybe add 75 cc's or so but that's nothing to be anywhere near disappointed about!
