11 days after 2nd Fat Transfer
My PS didn't transfer a lot of fat. The goal was to even them out rather than make them larger, so he only placed about 50cc on each side. He also did some more work on the nipples. I'll post more pictures when the tape comes off. I think they really look better in person than they do in my photos, and I believe I'll be happy with this final result.
Happy to be done with surgeries
I had my 2nd fat transfer last week along with a mini tummy tuck. The tummy tuck hurt a lot the first day & a half, way more than I expected, but the breasts don't bother me at all. He did some revision to the original lift around the nipple area and transferred 50 ml to each breast, if I remember what he said after surgery, so there won't be a big difference in size, just a more symmetrical appearance. From what I can tell, I'll be happy with the results & will post pictures when I get the tape off.
Going back in
It's been a year & a half since my explant. I'm happy with where I ended up, but I'm going to have one more fat transfer to make things more symmetrical. I have a bit of a crease under my left nipple & more upper pole fullness on that side as well. I'm not looking to go bigger, just to be more even. The picture doesn't look as good as I think they do in person but that's the best I could do. More pictures after the next surgery at the end of May.

I felt very grateful to have had him recommended to me. In my case he definitely under-promised and over-delivered. His office staff is friendly and helpful; I was never made to feel bad about calling with questions or requests. The office itself is very clean and pretty and is upstairs from the Breast Imaging Center and next door to the surgery center so it's all very convenient.
