I'm so happy with my implants! I've maintained the upper pole fullness and slope I wanted, and they've dropped and fluffed beautifully. They look so natural. I've become so used to them that I hardly think about it anymore. To me, that is perfect. I'm not critiquing myself for the way they look clothed or naked, and I don't even think about it unless I'm shopping.
I slipped and fell towards the end of December, and herniated a disc in my neck. That injury has kept me out of the gym for the past five and a half months. I'm just now getting back to my routine, and I'm pretty much starting over from scratch. So I am a bit self conscious about the layer of fat I have put on, but I remain optimistic that I will regain my physical strength and the resulting physique within a few months.

Nearly 7 week update
I'm so pleased with my results. The numbness is barely noticeable, they have dropped and are fluffing. The incision is healing very well. They are so symmetrical, and I love the amount of upper pole fullness I have, and the degree of slope I have. The size is perfect, they look like they are naturally mine. I'd recommend Dr. Edney to anyone wanting a breast augmentation. I feel like I told him exactly what I wanted, trusted him to do what was best, and received exceptional results.

3 weeks already! I'm loving my new look. The bra is a 36dd, b.tempt'd by Wacoal, the "Ciao Bella" design. I love it! I'm planning to stock up with all their colors!
Provider Review
I went with the first surgeon I interviewed, Dr Edney. I liked his honesty, and that he explicitly would not do an augmentation that would not fit my body. He made direct eye contact and maintained an open posture. I found him to be knowledgeable and direct, but still professionally friendly. I prefer this type of personality in a professional, as I am paying for his expertise and level of professional judgement. I had other consultations scheduled, but felt I had found the right fit for me after meeting Dr. Edney.
