“Velashape on Abs, Lovehandles”

I had velashape done on my stomach area and love handles. I purchased a package of 6 and got 2 free. I ended up having 8 treatments. At first, I saw my waistline getting smaller. However, at times, I really didnt see much results. I worked out about 5 times a week on top of the vela. My main goal was to get my waist smaller. I can honestly say that the skin on my stomach is tighter in the area but thatas about IT!

Make sure you have the right technician because you can def get burned with the machine if it gets too hot!

Will I do it again? No, I do think it's a waste of money for body contouring but if you have cellulite, it MAY work for you.

There are two different types of heads- the large and small. At first I preferred the small head since its more commonly used for "contouring." However, with all my burn marks, I opted for the larger head, which heats up a larger portion but you really dont get the "contouring" feel with that.
