its been a while...
So I had the sleeve done on October 2014 its been 9 months!!! I weighed 286 and now I weigh 178! My goal weight is 160 and then I can start looking into a breast lift/argumentation and a tummy tuck! I am so proud of myself because I stuck with the program and I lost a to. Of weight and I'm still losing!!!! My body is strong! I am healthier! I'm so happy I had the support of my husband and my family. My surgeon was wonderful with everything and the staff was just as wonderful!!!! I feel like a completely different person!
the good the bad
its been a while since i have been on here, but i have decided not to do the mmo after all, i feel like the surgery would give me the best results once im at my desired weight... and im far from it! im looking into haveing the gastrtic sleeve surgery done. i have to attend a seminar on january 9th and then schedule a free consultation. i know its going to be a long journey but i know it will be worth it in the end. two of my aunts had this surgery done and both of them have had amazing results! i see that their confidence has boosted and they are happier than ever before. i want that. i want to know what it feels like to be healthy...
Just got back
Just got back from my consultation.. It was very helpful and I'm scheduled for surgery in 6 months. I know a long time to wait but I want to be closer to my goal weight before I go under the knife. I feel it's the best choice for me! So ZUMBA here I go!
