WORTH IT$6,000
Well since I was in my teens, I have always had severe asymmetry and never did have nice breasts. I have 2 children and breast fed both which only made matters worse by making what little breast tissue I had, turn to flab. So I finally found a very experienced and preferred surgeon to do a lift/implants. I was an A cup on one side and barely B cup on the other. Now it seems it has significantly improved, but I can still tell there's a big difference. Question is- Should I redo the smaller side once again? I am pretty happy about the improvement but of course there's always that inner perfectionist inside telling me it should be perfect.

From your photos it looks like you are still in the healing process. If that is the case You should wait, but in the mean time mention this to your doctor. Some of today's implants can have saline added post op. To be truthful you look really good. Talk to you doctor, and let him know how you feel.
Thanks for the comment, I was feeling pretty down about it when some of the swelling went down, but I have mentioned to the Doctor that my right side (te larger side) is much harder and larger but he said he wasn't worried about it and he would see me in 6 weeks. So I suppose we shall wait and see. Thanks for the reassurance it means a lot! :D

Your post op breasts look great. There is a lot of swelling, but that's normal. You won't really see what you result will finally become until about 6 months out. Keep in mind, rarely does anyone have perfectly symmetrical breasts. Almost all women have one side that is a big larger or smaller than the other. I had implants done back in 1990 when they were still using silicone. My left has always been a bit smaller than my right. I even nursed another baby for 9 months with implants, which caused the left to droop a bit more than the right, but they look NORMAL. I worked as a nurse in labor and delivery and have dealt with many, many differing sizes trying to teach breast feeding. Trust me, your new implants are more than normal, and, as the swelling goes down, you will be very pleased with the result. Also, keep in mind, implants also sag with age, just like everyone else's. No one who didn't know your breast size before would ever guess you had surgery. Well done to your doc, and good luck to you!

Congratulations! I would agree that you are still healing and will notice more changes in the next few weeks. I also understand your concern for wanting your breasts to be fairly symmetrical after paying a lot of money for your procedure. Do you know what size implants you got in each breast? Do you know if your PS put more cc's in the smaller breast? This is common practice for asymmetrical breasts. Take it easy and don't be afraid to check in with your PS before 6 weeks if you're concerned. Thanks for sharing your story on RealSelf!

Thanks for the responses! Beth, he placed 300 cc's in the large one and 350 cc's in the smaller. He also did a lift on both. After some of the MD responses on another forum, I realized I will never have perfect gals but I VERY happy with the change :)
Did they tell u u have tuberous breasts?
Hey Uugghh, go away if you are going to be unkind!
I am going to say again, you are looking good. Do not pay attention to Uugghh. Fat can always be added to round out appearance.
