I'm a 32 year old mother of 3 boys 15, 12 and 9. I've always had a little belly even before I had my babies. All of my babies were pretty big. Once I turned 30 I made a promise to my self to change the things that made me unhappy. First I got braces, then I loss 30lbs working out with a trainer now my tummy. Sad but after I loss weight I was even more unhappy with the way I looked. Usually I'm a very shy person but for some reason I got confidence from real self. I'm truly ready to be on the flat side.

I'm getting more excited each day I can't believe in 1 month all this extra flab will be history. I love being a plus size women, but I need this body proportion. I really shy about these photos I'm going to upload.

Don't be shy!! It is one of the hardest things I have done... Showing other women how I look an I won't even wear a bikini on the beach ....my hubby always told me I was beautiful no matter what but... In my head it was always that person is looking at me an judging me for wearing that cause of my size.... Now I don't have to worry about ur I have a flat tummy with some swelling but I'll take it :-) stay positive an chin up you will see great results!!!!

Awe thank you so much New36gal. I'm really looking forward to my tt. But since I posted my pictures I feel so liberated and free. I can't wait to show my after pics!!!

Welcome!!!! Yes the after pics are great but when u see all the swelling your gonna think what did I do!!!! I'm a balloon most of the time ... So remember to expect to be swollen for a while.. I look forward ton watching your journey :-)

Thank you!! When I started researching YouTube and the web about tt I learned a new term SWELL HELL..... I'm just so happy I found real self this cite has really educated me. Overall everyone is so supportive.

I like your self improvement plan at 30, you did a great job with your weight loss! Dont be shy about your photos, they just document the beginning of your journey....I have a feeling your results will be amazing! Keep up the good work!

The devil is busy is a very true saying!! I've been so happy leading up to my TT, until someone decided to break into my house last week. All of the stress took a toll on me and my family. I've spent the last few days picking up the pieces and trying to get our life back in order. I refuse to let any a$& steal my joy. Back to my weight loss and preparing for my surgery. Btw I've been doing great 18lbs gone since the 10th of last month. Could you ladies give me a list of some supplies I'll need p.o .
