I did tummy tuck with lipo on the flanks and stomach , I rested completely for two weeks although the first two days were the hardest, because I couldn't move without help but I didn't feel any real pain because I was under pain killer and antibiotics, there were pumps and tubes attached to my body that carry the unwanted mucus or liquid outside the body and I had to empty them few times during the day, but this for few days and it got removed after that, and the result I got made me forget all that, the result was amazing, I have a flat stomach and lost almost 10 pounds right after the surgery, and I started to lose more weight after that, my clothes looked better on me from front but from back I had some issues, I had some fat on the bra holders and I had a flat butt, so the dresses looked bad on me and I couldn't wear a tight shirt because it looked bad from back, so I decided to do Brazilian buttuck, and with Dr. Sajjadian as well since I was so happy with the tummy tuck, dr. Sajjadian transferred fat from different areas in my body to my buttcheeks, I wasn't able to sit on my back for three weeks, I lost more weight, almost 18 pounds because I was on a diet after surgery and I'm still on it till now , but here is where the result was a life change, my body shape now is very nice and the clothes are perfectly fit, I downsized from 14 to 8 , I'm so happy with the result and I am definitely not regretting what I did, that was for my real self, thank you Dr. Sajjadian .
