STAY AWAY from this doctor. PLEASE READ! I was reluctant to give a negative review; however, Dr. Jones has giving me no choice but to tell my truth. As an African American woman, I believe in supporting African American businesses. Dr. Jones presents himself as an honest and caring person. Either I caught him on a great day or he is a great actor. I have bags under my eyes and hoped for a solution in Dr. Jones expertise. After a consultation, he suggested placing fillers under my eyes. Considering all his accolades and positive reviews, I had no doubt that I was in good hands. He placed Radiesse under my eyes. Radiesse is a non dissolvable product; most doctors use Juverderm. If there is a mistake made, Juverderm can be dissolved. Dr. Jones does offer Juverderm as option, but because he was out of the product on that particular day, he decided to take a chance with my face. He used Radiesse instead! He could have easily advised me to come back another day. I am still not sure why he chose the other product. I will never forget the comment that the nurse stated. While she was preparing the tools and product, she stated, “Oh, we are out of”. Before she could continue her statement, he dismissed her statement and said “No, we are just fine”. She was trying to save me then. Two weeks after the procedure and the bruising subsided; I noticed the filler was quite noticeable under my eyes. Now, I have puffy eyes and white/reddish lines under both eyes. I then scheduled a follow up appointment. During this visit, Dr. Jones was not present. (I was under the impression my follow up visit would be with the Doctor that performed the procedure-I asked specifically for Dr. Jones) Another doctor greeted me and addressed my concerns. He stated, “I know I didn’t do your fillers because I would never use Radiesse under the eyes.” He spoke before realizing Dr. Jones performed the procedure. He assumed an outside doctor was responsible. It has been two years and I see no change. I still have the lines under my eyes from the product. I have gone to several different doctors trying to rectify the problem he has created. All doctors state, I have to wait for the product to go away. Every doctor has been in disbelief that someone would place Radiesse under my eyes. I have attempted to reach Dr. Jones on many occasions. I have even escalated…but he refuses to take my calls. He makes his nurses handle his dirty work. I even asked for my records; I haven’t received the paper work yet. New York has a two and one-half year statute of limitations for claims of medical malpractice, so he tries to delay providing my paperwork. I am highly disappointed. My eyes look much worse now, than they ever did. He messed my face up for $900.00. A person with ethics would have advised me to wait for the order of Juverderm or some other dissolvable product.

He obviously does not care "two cents" about his patients.
